Blackdown Community Choir were invited to sing at the Apple Day organised by Blackdown Hills Transition Group taking place at Otter Head Lodge, Culmhead TA3 7EE 2- 6 pm. The choir were singing at 4 pm but unfortunately the weather meant that the event was cancelled. Roll on next time! Cheers!

Choir members joined with Meeting Voices choir from Chard and Harmony 303, in Horton Village Hall for a Ceilidh from 1- 5pm.  Husbands and others were pulled away from the final stages of the first Ashes match and everyone joined in together to have a jolly afternoon. Blackdown Choir joined with Meeting Voices from Chard to attend the exciting annual Community Choir convention where choirs from the South West met for a massed workshop at St George’s Hall.
