Choir members joined with Meeting Voices choir from Chard and Harmony 303, in Horton Village Hall for a Ceilidh from 1- 5pm.  Husbands and others were pulled away from the final stages of the first Ashes match and everyone joined in together to have a jolly afternoon. Blackdown Choir joined with Meeting Voices from Chard to attend the exciting annual Community Choir convention where choirs from the South West met for a massed workshop at St George’s Hall. Sing carols and other seasonal songs under the stars at this magical event on the Blackdown Hills. Joined by Meeting Voices of Chard. 7-8.30 pm.  At Quarts Moor opposite  the former Wallace Farm shop on the ridge road near Wellington Monument. Mince pies and hot drinks available.
