The choir were honoured to be invited to once again lead the singing around the bonfire on a night before Christmas. The choir  joined many other community choirs from the south west to create a fantastic ‘big sing’ of songs which all the members practised with their leaders. The members were sponsored to learn all the songs by heart. Proceeds went towards a Charity ‘Water Aid’ and we raised over £2500.

The choir had a  wonderful turnout for our contribution to the Green Day in Uffculme in May. We sang a number of our favourite songs outside to an appreciative audience  and then took the opportunity to examine (and sample) some of the ‘green’ sales: home-baked bread, cakes and vegetables plus the refreshments on offer!
