Our choir performed alongside ten other local community choirs to a packed audience. Each choir sang two songs from their repertoire which made for a varied programme, a mix of traditional, pop, African, European and included songs specially arranged to showcase each choir’s skills. Blackdown Community Choir sang Let There Be Peace and I’ll Take My Song All Around the World.
The event was organised by The Scratch Choir to raise money for St Margaret’s Hospice.
