The choir has been awarded a Platinum Jubilee Certificate in recognition of our contribution to the Beacon celebrations at Churchinford where we sang The Commonwealth Song. Jubilee Certificate

It has been unanimously decided by choir members to support two charities in 2022: the Somerset & Dorset Air Ambulance and Cancer Research. All donations at our events this year will be equally divided between those two very worthy causes. 

As of September 2022, the choir is at capacity. There is a waiting list. We will not be adding to the list until the number waiting has been reduced. Those wishing to join should keep checking the JOIN page which will give details. 

Members are alerted to the term dates from now until Summer 2023 which have been posted on the Members’ Area

The first choir meeting of the Summer Term is on Thursday 28th April. Claire has a number of new songs to add to our repertoire, in addition to learning the specially commissioned song for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
